(L.A.) Jordy Guyx, 30, Died From Drug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jordy Guyx.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:52 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
