(L.A.) Jonathon Turchin, 41, Died at a Back House

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a back house.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jonathon Turchin.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Singer.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:05 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 13, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
