Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jonathan Silva.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Phencyclidine, and Methamphetamine

RIP JONATHAN SILVA (August 28, 1986 – December 8, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:08 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
