(L.A.) Jonathan Lopez Sologuren, 28, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jonathan Lopez Sologuren.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Ketamine, and Chlordiazepoxide

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:55 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s forename as Johnathan.
