Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a recreational vehicle/residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Kuna.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:59 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
