Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Hipsher.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methadone Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:20 a.m.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
