(L.A.) John Guerin, 32, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Guerin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 11:02 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 29, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
