The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Garr.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Breece.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure with Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Cause of Death C: Cocaine Effects

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Alcohol Cirrhosis; Endocarditis
