Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Fournier Sr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sepsis with Fasciitis

Cause of Death B: Decubitus Ulcers

Cause of Death C: Paraplegia Following Blunt Traumatic Injuries
