The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Diprima.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:37 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 11/12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
