The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Brinkmeier.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Probable Stroke

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cerebrovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Methamphetamine Effects; Diabetes Mellitus
