Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Blake.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 2:00 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 2, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
