(L.A.) John Antinello, 59, Died on a Bus Bench

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a bus bench.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Antinello.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:53 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
