Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joel Haro.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Brain Injury

Cause of Death B: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Alcohol
