(L.A.) Jody Johnson, 58, Died at Home on Thanksgiving Day

A 58-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity is reported to have died at a private residence on Thanksgiving Day.

The Los Angeles County coroner’s office has identified the man as Jody Johnson. The manner of his death is still being investigated.

Thanksgiving Day last year, the coroner’s office issued reports on 14 deceased individuals.

In 2020, there were 19 deaths reported on by the coroner; notably, many happened at the hospital due to fentanyl or methamphetamine overdose.
