Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Black male that occurred in a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jimmy Allen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Heroin, Fentanyl, Phencyclidine, and Cocaine Toxicity

RIP JIMMY ALLEN (February 16, 1960 – January 15, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:26 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 23/24, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
