(L.A.) Jill Kagan, 51, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jill Kagan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:56 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 6, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
