(L.A.) Jesus Magana, 35, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jesus Magana.

Cause of Death: Toxic Effects of Difluoroethane

RIP JESUS MAGANA (October 13, 1989 – March 6, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:20 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 29, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
