Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 16-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the teen as Jesus Dolores Bautista.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Ethanol and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:23 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
