Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at her apartment.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jessica Horowitz, resident of Koreatown.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication
