Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jesse Mead.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:04 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
