(L.A.) Jerry Leach, 67, Died From a Meth OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jerry Leach.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP JERRY LEACH (November 21, 1957 – November 21, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:27 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in March.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
