(L.A.) Jerry Hensley, 58, Died in a Sober Living Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a sober living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jerry Hensley.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:52 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
