Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Black male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jermeril Streeter.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:36 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
