(L.A.) Jeremy Sundell, 46, Died on a Cruise Ship

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a cruise ship.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jeremy Sundell.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Ethanol

RIP JEREMY SUNDELL (August 5, 1978 – January 28, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 12:10 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 14, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
