Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jennifer McCreight.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP JENNIFER MCCREIGHT (November 27, 1978 – June 24, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:30 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 10, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
