Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jeffrey Miller and listed his race/ethnicity as Cambodian [sic].

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Morphine Substance Use

Other Significant Conditions: Hepatitis C, Hepatic Cirrhosis, Clinical

RIP JEFFREY MILLER (March 17, 1953 – January 7, 2012)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

The decedent was definitely not Cambodian.
