(L.A.) Jeff Cullen, 60, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeff Cullen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Fentanyl and Trazodone, Recent Cocaine Use

RIP JEFF CULLEN (November 3, 1964 – February 3, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
