(L.A.) Jeanette Lemieux, 41, Died on a Beach

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old White/Caucasian female whose body was found on a beach.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jeanette Lemieux.

Height: 5 feet 3 inches / Weight: 120 pounds

STATUS: The decedent’s body has been released. Ruling by the deputy medical examiner is deferred pending additional investigation.

Manner and cause of death will be added to this page when it becomes available.

If the DME has ordered toxicological screening, the next public update may take three to five months.

RIP JEANETTE SUZANNE LEMIEUX (January 20, 1985 – April 30, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The decedent had just been arrested by Long Beach PD on March 30 for felony assault. It appears she was able to post bond on April 8.
