(L.A.) Javier Mejia, 41, Died in a Sizzler Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Javier Mejia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Ethanol and Cocaine

RIP JAVIER MEJIA (1983/1984 – June 27, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:58 p.m.

The decedent was found lifeless in the parking lot of the Sizzler restaurant next to the Inglewood Sports and Entertainment District in the 800 block of Manchester Blvd.
