(L.A.) Javier Jacobo, 29, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Javier Jacobo.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

RIP JAVIER JACOBO (January 29, 1996 – March 7, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:36 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-May, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
