(L.A.) Jason Pride, 44, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Pride.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

RIP JASON PRIDE (November 16, 1978 – September 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:14 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 6, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
