Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Card and listed his race/ethnicity as Latino.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 5:51 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This was an accidental overdose.
