Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jason Barnum.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Bacterial Endocarditis

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Hepatitis C, Osteomyelitis and Intravenous Drug Abuse
