Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 79-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Jaqueline Dupus.

Cause of Death A: Acute Bronchopneumonia

Cause of Death B: Chronic Subdural Hematoma

Other Significant Condition: History of Nonspecific Dementia

This brain injury may have led to prolonged immobility or decreased consciousness, making the person more susceptible to infections like acute bronchopneumonia.
