The coroner’s office identified the man as Jamieson Hooper.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Brown.

Cause of Death: Effects of Ethanol and Heroin

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The government investigator had initially stated that the decedent’s place of death was a private residence, before later changing it to a driveway.
