Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jamie Valdez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Spinal Surgeries

Cause of Death B: Posttraumatic Spinal Injuries
