(L.A.) James Wright Jr., 33, Died in an Abandoned Building

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in an abandoned building.

The coroner’s office identified the man as James Wright Jr..

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:45 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

This appears to be the building on the northeast corner of 6th and Vermont in Koreatown. It’s right by the IHOP restaurant. The Metro station is a block south.
