(L.A.) James Ward, 37, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Ward.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP JAMES WARD (January 14, 1986 – April 16, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:19 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
