Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as James Perlman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Cocaine

Other Significant Conditions: Use of Kratom, Benzodiazepine Use (Lorazepam, Clonazepam Metabolite), and Nitrous Oxide Exposure
