Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Durkin.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:11 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 11, presumably after the results of a tox panel came back.
