Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as James Brinson Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident [sic]

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolus

Cause of Death B: Thrombosis of Leg Veins

RIP JAMES BRINSON JR (March 7, 1960 – May 11, 2005)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:55 p.m.

* No idea how death from a pulmonary embolus was classified as an accidental death, instead of a natural death.
