(L.A.) Jaime Gutierrez, 33, Died From Drinking Too Much

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Latino male.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Jaime Gutierrez.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 3:56 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
This was a case of acute alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much in a short period of time.
Alcohol deaths can be classified as accidents under the assumption that the sots didn’t intend to kill themselves.
Chlordiazepoxide, commonly known by its brand name Librium, is a medication belonging to the benzodiazepine class. It was the first benzodiazepine synthesized and was approved for medical use in 1960. This drug is primarily indicated for treating anxiety disorders, preoperative anxiety, and alcohol withdrawal symptoms.
