(L.A.) Jacob Greenhaw, 48, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jacob Greenhaw.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP JACOB GREENHAW (December 2, 1975 – June 12, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:02 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 11, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
