Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jackie Mendoza.

Cause of Death: Effects of Alcohol and Fentanyl
RIP JACKIE MENDOZA (June 20, 1987 – December 29, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:45 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 12, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive.
