RIP JACK ROSCOE WINCHESTER (August 30, 2006 – July 21, 2008)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:28 p.m.

The toddler, almost two years old, died from heatstroke after being left strapped in the car seat of a minivan for several hours.

Detectives said the boy’s mother ran errands with her three children and then returned home in the early afternoon.

She put away groceries in the house and assumed the other children were taking care of their brother.
