(L.A.) J Jordan, 60, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as J Jordan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension; Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Peripheral Vascular Disease

RIP J JORDAN (May 18, 1963 – October 16, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:09 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
