The coroner’s office identified the man as Ivan Wade.

Cause of Death A: Tracheal Stenosis

Cause of Death B: Complications of Tracheostomy

Cause of Death C: Blunt-Force Trauma

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
