The coroner’s office identified the woman as Irene Machuca.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:16 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

In the medical examiner’s parlance, “private residence” indicates it was not the decedent’s own home.
