(L.A.) Irene Ledesma, 42, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latin American female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Irene Ledesma.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Phencyclidine, and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP IRENE LEDESMA (March 28, 1980 – February 6, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
